Who we are
Chapel Hill AC & Heating handles heating and air conditioning calls for homes and small businesses in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Durham, Hillsborough, Pittsboro, Briar Chapel, Mebane and Raleigh. A person answers the phone from 7 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. Requests sent through the website get a text back within 15 minutes during those hours.
How a call works
Tell us the address and what the system is doing. We send a licensed technician who already works near you, and from October through May that is usually the same day. The technician finds what failed and quotes the repair before starting. Nothing happens until you approve the price.
Our technicians
Every technician we send holds a North Carolina heating license and carries liability insurance. We check both before anyone takes a call, and we stop sending technicians who miss appointments or draw complaints. You can confirm any license at nclicensing.org.
