How it works for you
Call or send a request with the unit address, the tenant's contact and what the system is doing. We send a licensed technician who already works that part of town and who has passed our license and insurance checks. The technician coordinates entry with the tenant, quotes the repair before doing it and invoices you directly.

Yes, if you tell us to accept their calls. We confirm the address against your list, dispatch the technician and text you what was found and what it cost.
Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
Phones are answered until 9 pm, and technicians take urgent calls in July, August and January. Expect an after-hours trip fee of about $100 to $250 on top of the repair.
