What we do
Chapel Hill AC & Heating arranges heating and air conditioning service. We answer the phone, take your request and send a licensed technician. The technicians we send run their own North Carolina licensed businesses. The licensed business named on your invoice performs the work, sets the final price and is responsible for it under its own license, insurance and warranty. Any agreement for work is between you and that business.
Estimates and prices
Prices on this site are general ranges for the Triangle and are not quotes. The technician quotes your job before starting, and that quote controls.
No guarantee of availability
We work to send a technician quickly, and same-day service is common, but we do not guarantee a visit by any particular time. In an emergency involving gas, smoke, fire or a carbon monoxide alarm, leave the building and call 911 before calling anyone else.

Articles on this site are general information about heating and air systems. They are not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed technician. We try to keep information accurate and current, and we do not promise that every page is free of errors.

Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chapel Hill AC & Heating is not liable for work performed by the licensed business that handles your job, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our phone line. Our total liability to you for any claim related to this site or our service is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Do not use this site to send spam, scrape content, submit false requests or interfere with its operation. The text, design and mark on this site belong to Chapel Hill AC & Heating. Photos are licensed from their creators.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, North Carolina.
